Emotional Release

You are currently browsing the archive for the Emotional Release category.

It’s only Wednesday, but your body feels like it’s Friday night, 10pm.  You’re exhausted, and everything you own hurts, from your 10 little piggies to the top of your head.  You’re  balancing your checkbook in your head, figuring out the food shopping list, and dreading the weekend cleaning and chores.  As you slip into bed, wondering if you can shut your brain off long enough to get a few hours of sleep, you realize your feet really do hurt, your back is quite sore, and your neck and shoulders are stiff as a board, holding all of your tension.  Great, now what do you do?

A full body massage would be heavenly, but it’s 10pm, so that’s not happening.  Well, if you enjoy the benefits of Young Living essential Oils, you’ve most likely got a case full of oils sitting at the ready.  Now what do you do?   A foot or hand massage is a quick,  fantastic idea, and, if you’ve got a partner or child old enough, they can give you a back, neck, head, hand or foot massage.  But, which essential oils are the best essential oils for your foot or hand massage?

My personal favorite is a foot massage, every time.  We take our feet for granted, they get us where we need to go, and then we promptly forget about them.  We carry a lot of stress in our feet, but really,  very few of us pay them any attention at all.   I can promise you, if you get a foot massage, it feels so good that it can and will relax our whole body, and you’ll want one every day.  When I’m alone, I use a tennis ball or my nubbed hand held back massager to do my feet.  Read the rest of this entry »

"There is nothing in a caterpillar that tells you it's going to be a butterfly." ~ R. Buckminster Fuller

Over a decade ago, I studied ‘Space Clearing’ with Denise Linn as part of my classical Feng Shui Training. I was reading some old articles and emails from 2008 and came across this one (below) that Denise had written.  Denise was one of the people in my life who have helped me on my spiritual path and shared with me empowering tools that I will carry with me forever.  Denise has since moved on to teaching Soul Coaching, perhaps you’ll find this story as spiritually moving as I do…Healing energy from hands

The Warrior’s Code

Last week I was on a flight into San Francisco and I surreptitiously noticed the young man sitting next to me in the middle seat. He radiated a calm centeredness. He didn’t seem to be squirming in the struggle for “personal boundaries” that so often accompanies those who are stuffed into tight middle seats. As I’m always intrigued to find out what beliefs are held by those who seem at peace, amidst the chaos of everyday life, I engaged him in conversation.

He explained that he was a Marine and had been stationed four different times in Iraq. He said his life was often in peril and there were many times when buddies, on either side of him, had been killed or seriously wounded. I couldn’t understand how someone—who had been in that much constant danger and who had seen so many violent deaths and carried shrapnel in his arms—could be so at peace. Working with Emotions: Your Shadow & Aromatherapy eBookThe Shadow Side of our personalities is an essential part of all of us and as natural as our memory or our emotions. Within our Shadow, we store away those parts of us – whether emotions, thoughts, beliefs, experiences or characteristics – that we and others deem as bad, unacceptable, shameful, unlovable or dark. Fortunately, the Shadow isn’t all bad, in fact its quite good as it is one of the easiest routes for us to reach our goodness; our Light.

In this ebook, Evelyn Vincent and David Zarza C.Ht. teach you about your Shadow and Aromatherapy, as well as instructing you on how to use essential oils when working with your Shadow. In a safe and gentle way, you will be lead through a process of uncovering some of what is in your Shadow with the intention of integration and harmony. This is for you to appreciate yourself in a new light and perhaps even embrace your Shadow side.

Generally speaking, we rarely explore our darker nature with a smile, much less with excitement and enthusiasm. However, Evelyn and David will show you how rewarding and fulfilling exploring your Shadow with Aromatherapy can be!

On the path towards your Light, you will always encounter your Shadow. Find out what a blessing this really is!

Here is a list of 14 favorite essential oils to be used for their aromatic benefits to assist in helping us to deal with many common emotions that are felt during the holidays. These therapeutic-grade essential oils are well known for working to shift everything from our mood to our overall well-being. Meditate on positive images and emotions for 20 minutes.
  12. Covering Many Emotions: Try the Feelings Collection™ (#3125): This collection is perfect for those who wish to experience some variety, includes 6 essential oils (Harmony, Forgiveness, Inner Child, Present Time, Release, Valor), each blend is formulated to balance emotional well-being.
  13. Feel Harmonized: Try Harmony (#3351) it is an exquisite blend of 12 essential oils, which promotes physical and emotional healing through harmonic balance of the energy centers of the body, enabling energy to flow more efficiently. 4 Different Ways You Would Use all of the Above Essential Oils

The aromatic properties of the essential oil blend called Inspiration creates a feeling of being wrapped in a cocoon of spiritual quietness. Calming to the spirit and mind the aromatherapy benefits of Inspiration are welcomed when you’re having trouble coping. Many of the aromatherapy oils in this blend were traditionally used by the Native Americans to enhance spirituality, prayer and inner awareness. Inspiration brings us closer to our spiritual connection and closer to our own inner wisdom.

Learn more about aromatherapy and emotions in this eBook by Evelyn Vincent and David Zarza C.Ht., Working with Emotions: Your Shadow & Aromatherapy.

Inspiration contains these powerful essential oils:

  • Frankincense (Boswellia carteri) stimulates the limbic part of the brain, elevating the mind and helping to overcome stress and despair. It is used in European medicine to combat depression. Frankincense contains sesquiterpenes which stimulate the limbic system of the brain (the center of memory and emotions) and the hypothalamus, pineal and pituitary glands. The hypothalamus is the master gland of the human body, producing many vital hormones including thyroid and growth hormone.
  • Cedarwood (Cedrus atlantica) is high in sesquiterpenes, which can stimulate the limbic part of the brain, the center of emotions and memory. It stimulates the pineal gland, which releases melatonin, thereby improving thoughts, cognition, and memory. Cedarwood is also very grounding and centering.
  • Spruce (Picea mariana) opens and releases emotional blocks, fostering a sense of balance and grounding. Traditionally, it was believed to possess the frequency of prosperity.
  • Rosewood (Aniba rosaeodora) is high in linalool, which has a relaxing, empowering effect. It is very grounding and strengthening.
  • Sandalwood (Santalum album) is high in sesquiterpene compounds which stimulate the pineal gland and the limbic region of the brain, the center of emotions and memory. Used traditionally in yoga and meditation. May help remove negative programming from the cells.
  • Myrtle (Myrtus communis) is energizing, inspiring, elevating, and euphoric.
  • Mugwort (Artemisia vulgaris) Avoid during pregnancy. Has been used historically under pillows to produce vivid dreams.

Ways to Use Inspiration Essential Oil

Perfume: Wear a drop on back of neck, sides of forehead, crown of head, bottoms of feet, or along spine.

Moms Medical Fund Raiser, Life or Death

Choosing Alternative Medicine not Chemo to treat Cancer

Hi Everyone. Please scroll to the end for monthly updates and oil regime

It is with great sadness in my heart that I write this blog request.  It is regarding my mom, Ann Taylor, who has been my teacher, my guider, and my best friend for 50 years. I would not be the person I am today if she hadn’t taught me all of the stand up morals, ethics, and work integrity that she did.

She is currently sick, again, with a difficult, aggressive advanced form of metastatic cancer.  This is her 5th bout with a cancer, she kicked butt the 1st 4 times.

When she was diagnosed last month, she was told no chemo would work; traditional medicine had nothing to offer her. The oncologist was going to give her a shot of “something like Fosamax”,  and  give her a shot of an estrogen blocker.  That’s it.

She has been a strong believer in alternative medicine for the last 20 years, since her 1st. original diagnosis of cancer.  She turned her life around… ate the correct things, bought organic top of the line herbs, vitamins and supplements, went to see Holistic doctors.  It did work, and that 1st cancer did not return, or better put, was not discovered, until just last month, 20 years later.  She did, in the interim, suffer from an acute case of Leukemia and on 2 separate occasions was diagnosed with Malignant Melanoma that had spread to her lymph nodes.  Working vigorously, these cancers were researched and cured, and we thought she was home free.  We now suspect that the chemo used during the Acute Leukemia treatment opened the door for that 1st cancer to return by totally wiping out her immune system, almost killing her, & that is no exageration.

Since Chemo was not an option for my mom, I researched 22 hours a day for 1 week straight, making many calls to many doctors in alternative holistic centers and clinics to find a path for my mom that realistically would give her a chance to beat this thing.  It is very difficult to find these hidden clinics that are not “spas” or just “anti-aging” clinics, but instead are real places taking real people with real life threatening emergent conditions, like metastatic cancer.

While researching, I sent her many bottles of Young Living Essential Oils to use orally and topically until I could find her the right place to go to.  She used Frankincense, Orange, Idaho Balsam Fir, Sandalwood, Juva Tone and Juva Flexa few times a day.  All were oral except topical Juva flex applied over the liver.

I discovered an absolutely amazing clinic in southern California, run by Dr. Ferre Akbarpour, called the Orange County Immune Center.  Here is a hyperlink to her home page:  http://www.drferre.com/doctors/index.htm     Dr. Ferre and all her staff are amazing people full of tremendous knowledge, warmth and hope.  I had 2 amazing conversations with them, & my mom felt confident this was the place for her.  This is where my mom went, and currently is. It is an outpatient Clinic, so she is staying a few miles away at a hotel that costs $109.00 a day. She will be there until Nov. 30, 2011.  The problem is that none of this is covered by insurance.  Absolutely none.  The cost is $5,900.00 per week at the Immune Center, plus 2 cab rides a day, the monthly hotel bill, dinner 7x a week, breakfast and lunch 2 days a week.  There was the $700.00 airfare to get her there on 2 days notice, the cost for some food to keep in her room, and most importantly, the $1,800.00+ cost of supplements and medications she will need to take monthly for probably the rest of her life.  All this while being retired and living solely on Social Security.

What I feel safe putting online where the FDA & other government agencies can read it is that Dr. Ferre’s clinic will optimize my mom’s immune system and natural killer cells using many modalities and supplements, including some German Technology, which her’s is the only place in the USA that I could find using this amazing technology,  This is our only hope, our only chance that she will see her grandchildren get married and have their own children, that she will live a good long time.  She realized this was her only chance, and although she knew she had to pay for everything, she did it anyway.  My mom is not ready to leave this earth, it is not her time.  It’s so sad that Traditional Medicine had nothing to offer her, and that insurance does not pay for what will help her.  Insurance will Pay $1 million to kill her in the hospital, but not $59 thousand to allow her to live disease free a good long time.  Does this remotely make any sense to anyone?  Well it doesn’t to me.  Dr. Ferre treats many different illnesses, but your records must be sent and reviewed, and if she does not feel she can help you, she does not accept you as a patient, she’s not a gold digger who just takes peoples money.  She is a highly skilled doctor of the utmost integrity, who will only accept patients she fully believes she can help.

We have set up Annie’s Fund, a collection fund for my mom to help cover the expenses incurred by choosing an Alternative Medicine path not covered at all by insurance, and to help pay for what Dr. Ferre will prescribe for her upon discharge, which she has been told will cost $1,000.00+ a month, most likely for the rest of her life.  I will continue to cover the cost of her Young Living Oils for as long as I can, which hopefully will not run $600+ per month after some time.

We are good people, hard working, with good hearts.  We have both given anything we had to anyone who needed our help in any way.  My hope is that all the good works my mom has “paid forward”, will now come back when she needs it most in the form of good people assisting her financially to live.  This is, in fact, a matter of life or death.  We have never done anything like this before, but there is no way around this money problem, and the thought of my mom dying over not having enough money for her med’s , suppliments, compounded medicines and YL Oils is not something I can sit idly by and do nothing about.  So, I’m reaching out to all of you that know me and my integrity, to ask for financial help for my mom.  If you know someone else with a generous giving heart, or someone who greatly supports Alternative Health Care, please print this out and show them my mom’s fight to live and beat the pulp out of this cancer.  I will happily explain more to you privately, buy need to be very very careful about writing about cancer cures on the internet, especially if it involves Alternative medicine.

It’s not that I don’t have faith in the Young Living Essential Oils to do their job, it’s that we are very pressed for time, and some diagnosis’s are so complicated they need a wise alternative doctor to sort it out, prioritize it, and get their hands on this German treatment which we as individuals can’t do.

The Donation fund has been set up through PayPal in 2 ways.  If you would like to contribute, you can send any donations through the Give Forward website,  http://www.giveforward.com/anniesalternativecancertreatment  or directly to PayPal at amisunsets@verizon.net, or you can mail them to me at:

Please be aware that the FDA is very touchy about what you write about Cancer and curing it with Alternative Medicine, and that I am not trying to be evasive in any way about my mom’s cancer or treatment, I just want to be sure I don’t write something that may get Dr. Ferre or Young Living in trouble.

I thank ALL of you for taking the time to read this, and I hope any of you that can spare any amount of a donation will look into your loving and giving hearts and feel comfortable making a donation.

Thank you for any and all support and prayers.

May God Bless you.

Life is not the way it’s supposed to be. It’s the way it is.  The way we cope with it & what we do with it is what makes the difference.

Hi Everyone. Today is Dec. 1, 2011. My mom came home late last night. I can’t wait to talk to her today & hear the summation of improvement since her visit to Dr. Ferre. My mom described herself yesterday as looking & feeling “vibrant”! I don’t know about you, but those of us not battling cancer don’t describe ourselves as vibrant, so I was thrilled beyond belief to hear my mom say that about herself. I’ll update again in a few days when I know her newest test results! Thanks for reading this & standing by us in this difficult time of need.

2/5/12  Annies Cancer update.

Hi Everyone.  I’m writing to you today to update you on my mom’s, dare I say “winning” battle against Stage 4  Metastatic to liver and bones Breast Cancer.

FEBRUARY 5TH, 2012

Hi everyone.  Mom is taking her supplements from Dr. Ferre in Ca., which are costing about $1,800.00 a month, and  I put her on a regime of Young Living Essential Oils costing about $500.00 a month, starting in  December 2011, consisting of Frankincense, Orange, Tsuga, Sandalwood, Idaho Balsam Fir , Ledum & Copaiba.  She had bloodwork drawn Dec. 1st, & Dec. 21st.  In those 3 weeks, the same 3 weeks that she started on & was taking the Young Living  essential Oils, her tumor markers dropped 100 points!!!!  Yes, 100 points!  To date they had not previously dropped.  I think we finally broke the code & are on the road to a recovery, God willing.  Her oncologist, when seeing the newest blood work results, said, “I don’t know what you’re doing, but it’s clearly working, so don’t stop”!   How amazing is that.  We are so excited.  Hopefully February’s labs will show another dramatic decrease in her tumor markers!!  The regime of oils I decided to give her are based on reading all the Young living information I could find, and is listed below.  As a fun note, mom has started playing Bocce once a week, something we did together all the time in my teenage years.  Last week she played and WON 2 games in the weekly tournament!  Go mom!

The below protocol of oils were picked by me because they work on cancer AND to cleanse the liver, where she has cancer lesions.

Young Living ORAL ESSENTIAL OILS REGIME:  most put into NingXia Red:

Frankincense:  20-22 drops in NingXia Red 2 x a day (totaling 40-44 drops a day)

Sandalwood:  20 drops 1 x a day (used every other month for cell confusion)

Orange: 2/3 of a 15 ml. bottle daily as 1 single dose for 1 week on, 2 weeks off attempting to confuse the cancer cells

Tsuga:  10 drops 1 x daily

Idaho Balsam Fir:  10 drops 1 x daily

Copaiba:  10 drops 1 x daily, 2 x a day if I can get her to.

*NOTE:  We swtitched the Frankincense with Sacred Frankincense every 10 days, as the 15ml bottles ran out, attempting to confuse the cancer cells.

We did this as a 3 week on, 1 week off regime.

*Note:  for about 2-3 weeks before we started the above oral regime, we did a liver cleanse consisting of applying JuvaFlex, JuvaCleanse & Tsuga Topically, taking nothing internally during this except JuvaCleanse.

Young Living TOPICAL ESSENTIAL OILS:  a few drops layered or mixed together topically over Liver a few times a day.

Tsuga

JuvaFlex

Idaho Balsam Fir

JuvaCleanse

Ledum

Starting in February, I will be switching out the Tsuga, and adding Myrtle in place of it, again,  attempting to confuse the cancer cells.

This article is not intended to diagnose or treat any illness, and was written for informational purposes only.  Seek proper medical advise if you think you have cancer from a properly trained physician.  Additionally, ALL oils mentioned refer only to Young Living Therapeutic Grade Essential Oils.

Jan. 2012 Update

The Young Living Essential Oils and NingXia Red are profounly affecting my mom’s life.  She has more energy now then she did before adding the NingXia Red and oils to her daily routine.  As examples, 1 day she cleaned out her entire garage;  1 day she scrubbed 2 bathroom floors, kitchen floor and outside lenai’ floor on her hands and knees, and when done, she felt energized, not wiped out!  Every day she calls me with stories like this.  I’m writing this in Feb. 2012, and can tell you that during her 1 week off, which turned into 2 weeks due to a YL shipment delay, she was not energetic at all, and wanted/needed rest periods/naps during the day.  Go Young Living!

December 2011 Update

Merry Christmas!!!

2 days before my mom left the clinic in California (Nov. 28) , they drew blood that was sent to a lab in Germany for “Chemo sensitivity Testing”.  that test takes the cancer cells & exposes them to different Chemo drugs to see which if any would work on the cancer.

Well, guess what  ~~  I advise you to sit down ~~  the lab could not run the test because ALL THE CANCER CELLS WERE GONE FROM HER BLOOD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  That’s right, no cancer cells in her blood!  She’s having another blood test done next week to specifically test the breast cancer markers.  If that too comes back low, then dare I say it….. did she beat this damn metastatic cancer in 30 days?  She will still need to take the supplements from Dr. Ferre, but who cares… she’ll be alive & well to take them.

She goes for an MRI in early March.  The doctor feels that waiting until then gives the treatment enough time to hopefully have rid her liver & bones of the cancer as well.

We are all so very very excited.  I want to thank all of you that have prayed & supported my mom during this difficult & trying time, & please don’t stop the prayers!

I look forward to my next update, & I hope I’ll be able to give you more good news

Until then, Merry Christmas everyone!  I know ours will now be much Merrier!  And thank you to Cathy & Blayne for their donations, you’ll never know the depth of our gratitude  :-)

Tammy

Hi Everyone.  Today is Dec. 1, 2011.  My mom came home late last night.  I can’t wait to talk to her today & hear the summation of improvement since her visit to Dr. Ferre.  My mom described herself yesterday as looking & feeling “vibrant”!  I don’t know about you, but those of us not battling cancer don’t describe ourselves as vibrant, so I was thrilled beyond belief to hear my mom say that about herself.  I’ll update again in a few days when I know her newest test results!  Thanks for reading this & standing by us in this difficult time of need.
