German chamomile is a delicate looking plant that is surprisingly hardy. It has fern-like foliage and tiny flowers that look like miniature daisies. It can grow up to several feet in height, and is a perennial plant that spreads quite well in any garden. Both the leaves and the flowers are used for tea but the leaves are bitter compared to the flowers. German chamomile produces a dark blue, almost black colored essential oil.
The aroma of German chamomile is a sweet fragrance that may shift ones vibrational frequency to pure joy. It has anti-inflammatory and relaxing properties.
