Winter time and the holiday season can make people sing the blues instead of caroles, Seasonal Affective disorder is becoming the reason behind the blahs and when that happens inspiration is lost. We become lethargic with little energy or desire to do anything. It is at times like these that our emotional, mental and spiritual health are at their lowest. It can even bring our physical health down as well.
To beat the blues, beat the blahs and get inspired try this:
- Carry lemon (#3578) and peppermint (#3614) essential oils with you. Put a drop or two of one or the other in your hands and cup them around your nose. Inhale deeply. do this this a couple times a day.
- At night rub some Dream Catcher (#3330 ) on the back of your neck.
- In the morning rub some Inspiration (#3366 ) on the back of your neck.
- Do this for a few days and the blues are beat!
Just a simple way for you to beat the blues, blahs and get your inspiration back!
One way to keep the blues at bay is to drink a shot (1 oz.) of NingXia Red (#3003)

A friend of mine sent me this article about 10 tips for staying healthy during the holiday and winter season. They are simple tips for men, women and children to stay well.
Survival/Self-sufficiency
Autoship is system whereby a company rewards loyal customers with lower prices. Many companies make use of it to provide a constant stream of product to their customers. It is used mostly by companies that sell consumables, however, some companies that do not sell consumables use it as well.
I have heard stories that essential oils don’t work. Guess what, allopathic medicine doesn’t always work either. Have you heard the news that antibiotics, such as penicillin, is at the end of the road? Have you heard about MRSA and other resistant superbugs (which, by the way, have evolved because of the overuse of antibiotics)?
