Using Essential Oils to Mimic Prednisone Steroid in the body

I have been treating my auto immune Disease, SLE, Systemic Lupus for well over 10 years with a multitude of medications, including the steroid Prednisone.

I am currently having success by reducing the amount of Prednisone I take, and replacing it with the Young Living Essential Oils Idaho Balsam Fir and Sandalwood. Fir imitates, or mimics steroids in the body.

I love to experiment with all Young Living Essential Oils, so I changed my daily oil routine. I added Balsam Fir and Sandalwood to my oral Myrrh and Frankincense capsule. Yes, mixed together. I dropped my intake of Prednisone at the same time. I also added Douglas and White Fir to Vita Flex points as well as diffusing.

To date, I feel good, not fantastic, but most definitely very good, and I feel that way without taking very high toxic damaging doses of prednisone. My 6 month goal is to get off the Prednisone completely, while successfully managing my Systemic Lupus on the Essential Oils, a steroid free alternative way to trick your body into thinking it has been given steroids and Prednisone.

I initially had a short setback, with my sed rate shooting up. However, after 3 months of my new oil routine, my sed rate is now lower then it has ever been, and I feel good, actually better then I had been feeling before making this change.

Wish me luck on my continued path to wellness.
Some of you might think, well why doesn’t she just stop the Prednisone. Prednisone is a steroid, and all steroids are a type of drug you need to wean yourself off of slowly, and that is what I’m doing.

About Tammy Baile

For the first time in years I awake refreshed and ready to start the day. I no longer awake feeling like I've already run the Boston Marathon and dreading getting out of bed,  hobbling to the coffee pot.  Make no mistake, I don't run to the coffee pot, but now I can walk upright, without pain or with minimal managable pain, instead of walking hunched over holding onto the walls to get me there.  I'm currently using many different Young Living Essential Oils for aromatherapy as well as a holistic organic alternative treatments. My personal history has been grounded in medicine for the last 29 years, since the age of 20.  Before I became disabled with Systemic Lupus (SLE), I was a nurse, paramedic & EMT.  After a severe cervical spine issue resulting in a spinal fusion with a full Titanium shoulder,  I took my vast wealth of knowledge in medicine,  became a Medical Paralegal, where I worked until my Systemic Lupus became so severe that I am now permanently disabled for the last 11 years.  I live at the beautiful Jersey Shore,  as a single mom of a wonderful supportive 12 year old daughter. The Thieves products have also been a godsend for me.  I love using a "green" cleaner   that actually works!  We use the Thieves household cleaner for every cleaning job in our house now including mold, and the Thieves waterless hand sanatizer is with me at all times.  I have used the Thieves foaming hand soap and Thieves Essential Oil  to clean and subsequently heal severe cuts, lacerations and puncture wounds in our horse that everyone told me would require a vet visit, stitches & antibiotics.  No stitches or antibiotics were needed for our horse.  I've also successfully managed the horses hoof Thrush with Thieves foaming hand soap.  The Thrush was completely gone after just one application. I hope my articles, knowledge, experiences, and tips provide a wealth of information for you and your family on your wellness path. Contact me if you have questions or need assistance ordering. I’m so glad it’s working for you! I’m going to try it for my psoriatic arthritis. Which fir are you using? Balsam, Douglas or White?

That’s excellent! I have been off prednisone for a while, controlling my SLE naturally. I take a ton of supplements including olive leaf, dhea and coQ10. Since the summer began, I have begun to flare a bit, partly due to weather an partly because I was doing so well I slacked off on my supplement and diet routine. Usually my only course of action is to take prednisone once a flare starts but I really don’t want that junk in my bodyso I am looking forward to trying this along with plant sterols which I believe will be a great addition to my routine.
