Cypress essential oil has been valued for centuries for it benefits to improve circulation, strengthen blood capillaries, and discouraging fluid retention. This little recipe is perfect for those who prefer all-natural solutions.

For the essential oil recipe for varicose and spider veins, you’ll need:

2 drops Young Living Cypress essential oil
2 drops Young Living Helichrysum essential oil

Dilute oils in 1 tablespoon V-6 Massage Oil, and massage over affected area 3-4 times daily.

Use Lemon Essential Oil to Clean and Preserve Fresh Produce

Lemon Essential Oil To clean and increase the shelf life of fresh fruits or veggies, fill a bowl with cool water and 2-3 drops of Lemon oil. Drop your cleaned fruit into the water and stir. Be sure all surfaces of the fruit contact the lemon water.

This works much better and is cheaper than the all-natural produce cleaning products. The above tip should not be performed using other brands of essential oils as they are adulterated and you could easily be adding unwanted chemicals to your food, thus providing no benefit at all.

Young Living Lemon essential oil is pressed from the peels of organic lemons. It takes about 3,000 lemon peels to produce 1 kilo of this magnificent unadulterated essential oil.

‘It’s not unusual to be loved by anyone?” Why these words popped into my thoughts when I began this article, I don’t know, but love is one way one can have anxiety and Tom Jones’ song, “It’s Not Unusual” does reflect in it’s lyrics how love can cause anxiety.

Better to not have anxiety, but most likely in our lives and any love situation, anxiety does come about. Be it from, jealousy, dishonesty, health issues, financial, children, or family circumstances.

There are many different ways to help with our anxiety and to feel better, and I am only going to be touching on how Young Living essential oils may help you to feel relief from the anxious feeling you encounter in life. Great news too, these essential oils not only may help you and others, but also any anxious pets you may have, they are undoubtedly pure and medicinal. Making your own spa-like facial recipes with superior quality ingredients, such as Young Living’s essential oils, can bring radiant results. The benefits of therapeutic-grade lavender and ylang ylang essential oils in this facial scrub recipe are healing to cells, rejuvenating and revitalizing.

The French scientist René Gattefossé was the first to discover lavender’s ability to promote tissue regeneration and speed wound healing when he severely burned his arm in a laboratory accident. Today, lavender is one of the few essential oils to still be listed in the British Pharmacopoeia. Lavender is calming, relaxing, and balancing, both physically and emotionally.

The fragrant influence of ylang ylang is balancing to male-female energies, enhances spiritual attunement, combats anger, combats low self-esteem, and increases focus of thoughts, filters out negative energy. Restores confidence and peace. Ylang Ylang flowers are picked early in the morning to maximize essential oil yield.

Blue Cornmeal, Lavender and Ylang Ylang Facial Scrub

You will need:

1 tsp. Blue Cornmeal
a little warm water
1 drop Young Living Lavender essential oil
1 drop Young Living Ylang Ylang essential oil

Mix all ingredients together and apply to face in very gentle circular motions. Rinse well, pat dry.

Do 2 times a week.

Additional Tips:

For Dry Skin: add egg yolk to chickpea flour (softens skin) with a teaspoon of honey and 1 drop of Lavender essential oil. Spread over face and neck, wait 20 minutes, then rinse off.

To lift graying cells and enliven skin tone: add 1/2 tsp. apple cider vinegar, 1 pinch fine sea salt, 1 tsp. oat flakes, and 1 teaspoon finely ground almonds, with 1 drop of Young Living Basil essential oil (mixing the basil, salt and vinegar first).

Monster under bed, essential oil Monster Spray We all know that monsters under the bed at night can be detrimental to parents and kids getting a restful nights sleep. Not getting enough restful sleep can lead to any number of problems from poor behavior to poor performance in school.

Using aromatherapy at nighttime can have many benefits for both parents and kids. Therapeutic-grade essential oils are well studied examples of producing more balanced and calm states of mind. More on the powerful influence of aromatherapy on mind and body.

Here is a super easy “Monster” spray that you and your kids can make to keep those scary creatures far away!

To make your Monster Spray, you will need:

1 – 6 oz. spray bottle (choose a shape, size, and color that best represents your army against monsters)
8-12 drops Young Living Essential Oil (see good choices below)

Fill your spray bottle 7/8 of the way full with water, add essential oil, shake.

To use, lightly spray under bed, in closets, or anyplace else monsters hide.

How to Use Thieves Household Cleaner as a Laundry Detergent

I have not bought any type of laundry detergent or laundry products for about 8 years now. I use Thieves Household Cleaner in place of laundry detergent. I love it so much that I haven’t used anything else since.

How I use Thieves Household Cleaner for Laundry:

In my front loading washer, I put into the detergent dispenser one capful (Tablespoon) of Thieves Household Cleaner – and that’s it! I put it in the detergent dispenser before I turn on the washer (just like you would if you were using detergent). It’s not necessary to use any detergent or anything else.

I never use bleach or fabric softener – I don’t have to! Read how to make your own all-natural dryer sheets.

Because Thieves cleaner is not a soap it doesn’t make clothes feel stiff or scratchy. My laundry smells really good too!

Thieves essential oil is in this formula and so I’m getting the benefits of the Thieves essential oil blend, such as: anti-bacterial and anti-fungal.
