Calming aromatherapy bath Therapeutic-grade essential oils can play a huge role in helping to calming and soothe stressed emotions, anxiey being no exception! Next time you feel anxious, try mixing up this recipe and take a nice long soak to regain your balance.

The essential oils in this recipe are well-known for their calming, balancing, restorative and relaxing properties. In particular, Lavender and Orange have been studied for their beneficial effects on anxiety. You may also be interested in how we use therapeutic-grade essential oils to de-stress the stressful home to bring about a balanced and relaxed atmosphere. Other times, having a clearer sense of Vision, Creativity and Inner Guidance better address the source of anxiety.

Anxiety Aromatherapy Bath Salt Recipe

1 Cup Epsom Salt or Sea Salt
10 drops Lavender essential oil
6 drops Ylang Ylang essential oil
4 drops Bergamot or Orange essential oil

Combine all ingredients in a small bowl, stir well. Pour bath salts under running warm bath water. Soak for 20 minutes.

Inner Defense Testimonial:

I came back from convention with all my wonderful new products and oils and walked into an office full of people with an intestinal virus that is running rampant through here. Two people actually came to me clutching their gut and saying that they had to go home NOW because they were so ill (diarrhea & vomiting). Sure enough, about an hour later I started feeling nausea and my gut started cramping and gurgling. For shingles, try this blend of therapeutic-grade essential oils to apply topically… Sandalwood essential oil

Essential Oil Recipe for Shingles

10 drops Sandalwood
5 drops Cypress
4 drops Peppermint
2 drops Ravensara
1 teaspoon V-6 Massage Oil

Mix above essential oils and V-6 together. Apply 6-10 drops of the mixture on the affected area and along the back of the neck and along the spine 1-3 times a daily.

Cypress essential oil Additional Tip: try 7 drops Young Living Ravensara essential oil in a capsule with a little olive oil twice a day, morning and night. The life span of a virus is 21 days, for best results this capsule dietary program would need to last as long.

Purification essential oil blend Bed bugs these days are a huge problem! Even the fanciest hotels, new furniture and clothing stores are having a serious problem with these insect pests… so it’s no wonder “we” are having such a problem in our homes!

Superior quality essential oils can oftentimes be our smartest solution to insect pests, particularly for those who do not like to use toxic chemicals in their homes. Unlike chemical sprays and solutions therapeutic-grade essential oils are not toxic to us and the environment. This type of essential oil does not get rid of insect pests through smell alone but rather by the essential oil disrupting the waxy coating found on many species of insects; when the waxy coating on their exoskeleton is disrupted it causes the insect to loose water from their body and become dehydrated. Once dehydration sets in the insect dies. As for eggs and larvae, the essential oils simply kill them if they’re present. I personally have found my Young Living essential oils to be extremely effective against insect pests in both my garden and home.

Sage Essential Oil, Blue Agave and Dried Wolfberries

Sage essential oil, Blue Agave and dried Wolfberries, what is so great about these three natural products? Depending on the individuals way of thinking, is the key to answering this question.

Let me start with:

Sage essential oil.

Historical Data: Known as “herba sacra” or sacred herb by the ancient Romans, sage’s name, Salvia, is derived from the word for “salvation.” Sage has been used in Europe for oral infections and skin conditions. It has been recognized for its benefits of strengthening the vital centers and supporting metabolism.

Medical Properties: Antitumoral, hormone regulating, estrogen-like, antifungal, antiviral, circulatory stimulant, gallbladder stimulant.*

USES: Menstrual problems/PMS, estrogen, progesterone, and testosterone deficiencies, liver problems.*

Fragrant Influence: Mentally stimulating and helps combat despair and mental fatigue. Sage strengthens the vital centers of the body, balancing the pelvic chakra where negative emotions from denial and abuse are stored.*

Application: Dilute 1 part essential oil with 1 part V6 oil

Apply 2-4 drops on location,
Chakras/vitaflex points
Directly inhale
Diffuse
Take as dietary supplement.

Cautions: Avoid if epileptic.
