Systemic Lupus, arthritis, fatigue, pain constant chronic have been a daily part of my life for the last 20 years. I have wonderful doctors who have managed my disease as well as everything that comes with it, I am so grateful that I am blessed to have these wonderful doctors treating me. The one thing that no one has successfully managed is my pain. Although I used pain patches with oral pain killers, sadly the most they ever did was “take the edge off”. I was introduced to Young Living Essential Oils, They have had a positive profound impact in my life. I rarely use pain patches at all, have gone from eight plus heavy painkillers a day to 1 or 2, some days none! 
I use a blend of Young Living Essential Oil anti-inflammatory oils (clove, oregano, Nutmeg, lemon, rosemary, basil, chamomile, lavander, peppermint with a few others) on my affected muscles, joints as well as my spine. Typically within 3-5 minutes at most I start to feel relief, shortly there after I am pain free. In 60 days my Sedimentation Rate has dropped 30 points and I no longer take ANY oral anti-inflammatory medicine!
Additionally, I was previously on a chemotherapy drug called Methotrexate to manage my disease. I am now off of Methotrexate for the last 30 days, I do not plan on restarting it. And, let’s be honest, when you’re in pain, chronically, it affects your mood and appearance to others. I can honestly say I am now in a better, if not good, jovial, happy uplifted mood almost every day. Next, go to your computer, and start your own little research project on some of the ingredients names that you don’t recognize that are used in the meal you are preparing. For example, type in “what are dangers of soy?” “What are dangers of Monosodium Glutimate” and “What are dangers of sodium nitrate” (all common ingredients in packaged meals). Prepare to be shocked over some of the things you and your family have been eating!
