Sore Throat Pain-There is Relief

Sore throats can come on so suddenly and you may think it will go away, but sometimes it gets bad very quickly. If you have history of sore throats, you know that it’s smart to get it under control before it gets out of control.

Here is what may help to relieve a sore throat ;

First off is to take Inner Defense. Usually all that is needed is one Inner Defense in the morning.
Next rub down your neck and chest with Thieves and V-6. Put 3-5 drops of Young Living blend of Thieves into the palm of my hand with about 1/4 teaspoon of V-6 and apply it to your throat and chest. Next cup your hands over your nose (staying away from your face), and take several long deep breaths.
Next get the diffuser going with Thieves. Put 10-15 drops of Thieves in your diffuser and diffuse throughout the day.
Lastly gargle with Thieves Fresh Essence Plus Mouthwash and Thieves essential oil.. Take a capful of Thieves Fresh Essence Plus Mouthwash and 1 drop of Thieves and gargle.
