Blend for Corns
• 2 drops Myrrh
• 2 drops Cypress
• 7 drops Oregano
• 4 drops Basil
Topical: Neat, 1 drop directly on the corn 2-3 times daily
Sore Feet Blend
• 5 drops Wintergreen
• 3 drops Peppermint
• 1 drop Sandalwood
• 2 drops Chamomile
• 2 drops Orange
Peppermint, white fir, lavender, patchouli, myrrh, frankincense, sandalwood, vetiver
Melrose, PanAway, Relieve It
Topical: Dilute 50:50 (one part essential oil to one part carrier oil, V-6), massage 6-9 drops onto each foot at night.
Compress: warm, for added effect and penetration.
Bath Salts: mix 10 drops essential oils (above), in 1 Tbsp. Epsom salts and add to hot water in a basin large enough for foot bath.

Athlete’s Foot Blend
• 8 drops Tea Tree (Melaleuca)
• 4 drops Peppermint
• 2 drops Mountain Savory
Other Single Oils:
Tea tree, Melaleuca ericifolia, cypress, lemongrass (always dilute with carrier oil, V-6), lavender, thyme, mountain savory, melissa
Young Living Blends: Melrose, Thieves, Purification, ClaraDerm
Topical: Neat or Dilute 50:50 with Young Living V-6 as needed. Apply 5-7 drops to affected areas between toes and around toenails
