Have you or anyone you know, had to deal with RLS-Restless Leg Syndrome? If you have, you know how irritating it is to have to deal with. Especially when you are looking forward to a good nights sleep. Not only do you have a hard time getting rest, but if you have a bed “partner”, they too can be disrupted from restless legs. I have found that applying the essential oil blends of RutaVaLa and Peace & Calming, * (Young Livings therapeutic grade essential oils) makes a HUGE difference in calming the RLS down.
What you do before going to bed is;
- Drop 2-3 drops of our therapeutic grade essential oil blend RutaVaLa in the palm of your hand.
- Rub the oil onto the bottoms of your feet.
- Cup your hands over your face, being careful not to touch your hands to your face, take several DEEP breaths .
- Lastly, brush your hands over your pillow.
- Now, wait a few minutes and do the same thing with the Peace & Calming oil.
You may get the benefit of a relaxed feeling and notice that your legs are calmer and this is because of the oils that are in the blends of;
- Lavender
- Valerian
- Ruta graveolens
- Tangerine
- Ylang Ylang
- Blue Tansy
- Orange
- Patchouli
These two blends may also great to help;
- Relieve stress*
- For timid animals*
- For children or adults with ADD or ADHD*
Once again, amazing Young Living Essential oils!! So many ways to help oneself, loved ones, friends, acquaintances. Peace & Calming and RutaVaLa are so very helpful to have on hand for the times in our lives that pop up, to help take the “edge off”. A natural way for relaxation, what could be better!!
